Room Layouts:

Registration takes place on the Mezzanine Level of the Seaport Hotel. It is outside of the space where break-out sessions occur and down the hall from Flagship A & B

Plaza Ballroom Foyer is outside of the main hall (Plaza Ballroom). This is where the Olympic, Professional, Collegiate & Tactical Exhibitors have tables.

Flagship A & B is located on the Mezzanine Level down the hall from where registration takes place. Recreational Exhibitors will have tables here.

Committed Exhibitor Forms:

Exhibitor Table Logistics and Guidelines:

  • Each exhibitor will be provided a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and a champagne tablecloth.

  • Exhibitors can place their own logo tablecloth over the provided tablecloth.

  • Exhibitors are able to place banners or signs behind the table and there are no limitations on height. However, any banners and signs must stand on their own and may not be hung on walls.

  • Exhibitors also are not able to place items, banners, or signs on the sides of their table.

Committed Exhibitor Deadlines:

Cancellations /Refunds:

Written email notification of a cancellation must be received by the FAC planning committee by March 1, 2025 to be eligible for a refund. An administrative fee of 50% of the fee to exhibit will be assessed for any cancellations.

Upon reasonable notice to Exhibitor and consistent with the Force Majeure provision below, the Organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule exhibitor-related events if it becomes necessary for causes beyond the control of the Organization or is advisable in the best interest of the Organization.
