Ticket Prices for the 2025 Female Athlete Conference
Coach Education Pre-Conference Price: $100 (capacity for the pre-conference event is 150, tickets are first come first serve). Pre-Conference attendees will recieve a $50 coupon for the in-person/on-demand conference if registering for both.

Additional scholarships will be available through the Female Athlete Conference, Inc.

Decisions will be announced on or by March 1, 2025
Please note, these scholarships are available to students and professionals at any stage of their career. However, scholarship registration recipients will be responsible for arranging and financing their own travel and accommodations.

Poster Presentations and Networking Night
June 4, 2025 - 5:30-7:30pm
Hosted by Gatorade Sport Science Institute (GSSI). Come network and learn from our poster presenters. Light bites and refreshments will be available. *Only available to in-person conference attendees.

Networking Night at Harpoon Brewery
June 5, 2025 - 6:00-9:00pm
Tickets are $35 and can be purchased within our registration portal. Drinks and light bites will be served. There are 400 tickets available, grab one before they sell out!

Fitness Classes
June 5 & 6, 2025 - 6:00-7:00am
2 fitness classes will be offered each morning on Thursday and Friday of the conference. Registration will be available for in-person attendees only through our conference app.

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) MOC Credit: Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 15.75 live / 28.50 enduring Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit. You must request your certificate within 45 days of the activity to meet the deadline for submission to PARS. Credits are generally reported during the first week of each month for those who claimed during the month prior.
Athletic Trainers: Amedco is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers (ATs). This program is eligible for a maximum of 15.75 live / 28.50 enduring Category A hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

Refund Policy
Cancellation requests received before May 1st will be issued a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received between May 1st and the start of the Conference will be issued a 25% refund. No refunds will be issued once the conference has begun (i.e., June 4th), and “no shows” will be subject to the full conference fee. All refund requests must be received by email, at info@femaleathleteconference.com. Additionally, all registrants wishing to switch from the in-person conference to the virtual conference may do so at no fee but must submit a request to info@femaleathleteconference.com.
